Membership in our company is by invitation only, but you can be a part of the
Alliance by auditioning for our up coming shows. Season auditions are held
every year in August and individual call backs are scheduled by the
Alliance staff. All actors are asked to prepare two contrasting monologues
and be ready to sing if a musical is scheduled in our season. In addition to
auditioning for our shows you can submit scripts to our New Directions
Play Festival, appear at one of our open mic nights or volunteer at any
